​When we started the Weekend Plumber it was to meet a dire need in the market. We found that many customers did not have the time to deal with plumbing issues during the week.

If they had to sort out a plumbing problem in the week it mean't them taking time off from work, waiting the whole day for a plumber to arrive or being forced to leave keys with neighbours or friends.

The alternative to call a plumber over a weekend was expensive with excessive after-hour and weekend rates. They were left with no or little choice until the Weekend Plumber.
